Flights at Lukla Airport resume after a week

Flights have been resumed at Lukla airport since Thursday after a week.

As the weather started to be fine, Sita Air from Kathmandu, and Summit and Tara Air from Manthali of Ramechhap started flights to Lukla.

More than 300 tourists were stranded at the Manthali airport for a week due to bad weather.

Lukla airport witnesses more than 25 flights in a day due to the main tourism season.

Tara Air, Summit Air, and Sita Air have prepared to operate more than 20 flights to the airport on Thursday.
