Himalaya Airlines Inaugurates Direct Flights to Shanghai

Himalaya Airlines launched its inaugural direct flight from Kathmandu to Shanghai, China, today.

The aircraft, carrying 137 passengers, departed from Tribhuvan International Airport at 9:20 am local time and is expected to touch down at Shanghai Pudong International Airport at 9:00 pm the same day.

The new route will connect Kathmandu and Shanghai with a flight time of 5 hours and 20 minutes, offering a convenient and efficient travel option for passengers between the two cities.

The airline has scheduled regular flights to Shanghai every Saturday, marking the initiation of Himalaya Airlines’ services to the bustling metropolis.
