Chhote Mahanta Ramroshan Das, a prominent figure at Janaki Temple, has announced plans to illuminate as many as 125,000 ghee lamps (Diyo) on January 22 to mark this momentous occasion.
Ramroshan Das expressed enthusiasm about the upcoming festivities, stating that the lighting of 125,000 ghee lamps is part of an elaborate celebration planned for the day of the Ram Temple’s inauguration. He emphasized that the temple is gearing up for a grand festival to commemorate this historic event.
The preparations at Janaki Temple have been intensified, with a dedicated focus on creating a vibrant and joyous atmosphere on the day of the Ram Temple’s inauguration. Ramroshan Das extended an invitation to the public, urging everyone to attend the ghee lamp lighting ceremony, highlighting the significance of the event for both India and Nepal.
In addition to the luminous display of ghee lamps, more than 3,000 items, including gold and silver ornaments, clothes, fruits, and various other offerings, have been sent to Ayodhya from Ram’s in-laws as a gesture of support and celebration.
