Sri Lankan Foreign Minister Meets President Paudel

Sri Lanka’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, M. U. M. Ali Sabry, engaged in a cordial meeting with Nepalese President Ram Chandra Paudel at the President’s Official residence, Sheetal Niwas, on Friday.

The President’s office revealed that the courtesy call centered on substantive discussions surrounding bilateral relations, mutual interests, and common goals shared between Nepal and the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Both dignitaries expressed a commitment to strengthening the historical ties between the two nations and explored avenues for enhanced cooperation in various fields. The meeting served as a platform for constructive dialogue aimed at deepening the diplomatic and economic connections that bind Nepal and Sri Lanka.
