UN High Representative Rabab Fatima Holds Meeting with PM Dahal at UNGA
New York, September 20: United Nations High Representative for the Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries, and Small Island Developing States, Rabab Fatima, met with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda,’ who is leading Nepal’s delegation to the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York.
During their meeting, the two discussed various issues of common concern and explored ways to promote the interests and concerns of the Least Developed Countries (LDCs) in multilateral forums. The meeting was held in line with Nepal’s commitment to addressing the unique challenges faced by LDCs and furthering their objectives on the global stage.
The New York-based Permanent Mission of Nepal to the United Nations provided information about this significant engagement, reflecting Nepal’s active participation in multilateral diplomacy.
