UN Secretary-General Guterres calls on NA Chair Timilsina

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has paid a courtesy call on National Assembly Chairperson Ganesh Prasad Timilsina today.

The meeting was held at the office of the NA Chairperson in Singha Durbar. Soon after visiting NA Chairperson Timilsina, Secretary-General Guterres also called on Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha at the Home Ministry.

The UN Secretary-General is scheduled to address the joint meeting of the Federal Parliament today.

Guterres, who is here on a four-day visit to Nepal, has already held high-level meetings as well as visited Sagarmatha region, Annapurna Base Camp, Pokhara and Lumbini.
