Department of Immigration Extends Service Hours for Public Convenience

Starting today, February 13, the Department of Immigration has announced an extension of its service hours to better serve the public.

Previously operating from 10 am to 5 pm, the Department will now provide services from 8 am to 8 pm.

This extension adds an additional 5 hours to the daily service period, with 2 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening.

In a notification released by the Department, it was highlighted that visa fee payments can only be processed through the online system before 10 am and after 5 pm.

This adjustment aims to streamline processes and enhance accessibility for individuals seeking immigration services.

The Department urges the public to take note of these changes and utilize the extended hours for their convenience.
