Government Appoints Eaknarayan Aryal as New Chief Secretary

The Government has appointed Eaknarayan Aryal as the new Chief Secretary, effective from September 1. This decision was made during today’s Council of Ministers meeting, according to Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Prithvi Subba Gurung.

Additionally, Dinesh DC from Ilam has been named the executive chair of the Film Development Board. The government also approved a payment plan for Ncell’s license renewal fee, allowing the telecom company to pay in four installments, with a 10% interest rate applicable from the second installment onwards.
