India MEA Jaishankar congratulates NP Saud on his appointment as Nepal’s new foreign minister

India’s Minister for External Affairs Dr S Jaishankar has congratulated his Nepali counterpart Narayan Prasad Saud, a Nepali Congress leader, on the latter’s appointment as Nepal’s Foreign Minister.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Sunday appointed NP Saud, as the foreign affairs minister of the country.
President Ram Chandra Paudel administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly appointed Foreign Affairs Minister NP Saud at the president’s office.
