Nepal Oil Corporation Posts Rs 9.55 Billion Profit in FY 2024/25

Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has reported a profit of Rs 9.55 billion for the fiscal year 2024/25. The announcement was made during the state-owned enterprise’s 43rd Annual General Meeting held on Friday.

According to NOC, the corporation imported petroleum products worth Rs 356.72 billion during the fiscal year and sold them for Rs 364.52 billion, resulting in a substantial surplus. This follows the previous fiscal year (2023/24), when the company recorded petroleum product sales amounting to Rs 383 billion.

As the sole entity authorized to import and distribute petroleum products in Nepal, NOC continues to play a pivotal role in maintaining nationwide fuel supply and market stability.
