Oli Labels Coalition Government as ‘Traitorous’

CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli denounced the current coalition government, led by Pushpa Kamal Dahal, branding it as ‘traitorous’ during a program in Chyasal, Lalitpur on Thursday.

Oli asserted the urgent necessity for a movement against the Dahal-led government, highlighting the need for the people to rise against what he perceives as a corrupt administration. Criticizing the ruling coalition, Oli stated, “There is a saying that birds of the same feather fly together. They belong to the same race. They are of corrupt descent.”

The former Prime Minister emphasized the importance of initiating a movement supported by the people to rescue the country from what he believes is the grip of corruption. Oli expressed pride in the fact that the UML is not afraid to confront the ruling coalition alone, suggesting a lack of confidence on the part of the government.

Accusing the government of being a patron of corruption, Oli stated, “Commissioning and its protection, smuggling and its protection, the government is the protector.” He called for immediate action, stressing that “Mission 2084” could not afford to wait, especially if the country is on the brink of destruction.

Oli’s strong condemnation and call for a movement against the coalition government add fuel to the already charged political atmosphere, setting the stage for potential developments in the coming days.
