Prachanda Emphasizes Systematic Leadership Succession in CPN (Maoist Centre)

Chairperson of CPN (Maoist Centre), Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, has stressed that leadership within the party cannot simply be handed over as a gift but must be earned through a systematic process. Speaking at a press meet organized by the Press Centre Banke in Nepalgunj today, Prachanda emphasized that the party is committed to cultivating leaders through established systems and practices.

Prachanda, who is also a former Prime Minister, stated that he does not consider himself an irreplaceable figure within the party and is focused on preparing a successor through a systematic approach. He assured that the party will remain united, dismissing rumors of a potential split.

Additionally, Prachanda accused the two largest parties, the Nepali Congress (NC) and the CPN (UML), of forcefully toppling his government despite his claim of performing well during his tenure as Prime Minister.
