Ruling Coalition Unveils Common Minimum Program to Address National Priorities

The ruling five-party coalition unveiled its Common Minimum Program (CMP) during a special event held in Kathmandu on Tuesday. The program, crafted by a 10-member task force appointed by the coalition, outlines key priorities including addressing grievances of cooperative and loansharking victims, enhancing the federal republic, and revitalizing the economy.

The unveiling ceremony, held at Singha Durbar, Kathmandu, saw the presence of high-ranking officials from the coalition parties, along with CPN-UML Vice Chairman Bishnu Poudel, who presented the program to the public.

The CMP, a product of collaborative efforts among the coalition members, reflects a collective commitment to tackling critical challenges facing the nation. With a focus on inclusivity and sustainable development, the program aims to chart a course for progress and prosperity for all citizens.

The ruling coalition, which assumed power on March 3, has pledged to prioritize the implementation of the CMP to deliver tangible results for the people of Nepal.
