The U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu proudly announced that Saraswoti Nepali has earned the ‘GARC’ award for the current year, an honor that reverberates across the nation. As the chairperson of Dalit Samaj Bikas Munch, she has been a resolute voice for over two decades, unrelentingly advocating for the human rights of marginalized groups, impoverished individuals, and people with disabilities throughout Nepal.
