Two Killed and One Injured in Landslide in Kaski

Two children died and one person was injured in separate landslide incidents triggered by incessant rain in Kaski.

Thirteen-year-old Ayusma Ranabhat was buried in a landslide in Chitepani Ghumti, Madi Rural Municipality-5. Her grandmother, Lalmaya Banjara, 70, was rescued by police.

In another incident, three-year-old Anmol Sunar died when their two-room mud house collapsed in Arupata, Pokhara Metropolitan City-27. His mother, Ritu Sunar, was injured and is undergoing treatment at Gandaki Medical College.

Hari Sunar and his nine-year-old daughter Anjali were rescued safely.
