Two Killed, Four Injured in Baitadi Jeep Accident

Two people lost their lives following a jeep accident at Sigas Rural Municipality in Baitadi district on Thursday morning.

The deceased have been identified as Jayanti Dhami (14) and Parbati Dhami (19), both residents of Sigas Rural Municipality-1, according to police.

The accident also left four others injured: Tulasi Dhami (40), Nira Dhami (16), Kamala Dhami (18), and Dhauli Dhami (14). They are currently undergoing treatment at Dadeldhura Hospital.

The jeep driver reportedly fled the scene and remains at large. Authorities are conducting an investigation into the incident.
