Devendra Paudel elected to HoR member from Baglung-2

CPN (Maoist Centre) candidate and Education Minister Devendra Paudel has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Baglung-2.
Paudel is elected MP for the second consecutive time after defeating Manju Sharma Chalise of CPN-UML by a margin of 4,599 votes.
Paudel, who was elected MP in 2074, with 28,827 votes, achieved a victory again this time by getting 24,779 votes. His closest competitor, Manju Sharma Chalise of CPN-UML obtained 20,180 votes.
