
Gold Price Hits Record High in Domestic Market

The rise in the price of gold in the international market has had a direct impact on the domestic market as well. The price of gold has been continuously increasing over the past few days and set a new record today.
Gold has increased by Rs 1,000 per tola (11.66 grams) today and has been fixed at Rs 186,000, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association. The price of gold was Rs 185,000 per tola on Friday.
Similarly, silver is being traded at Rs 1,960 per tola today, compared to Rs 1,905 on Friday.
