Gold Prices Surge to Record Highs, Reaching Rs 135,600 Per Tola

Gold prices in Nepal have surged to unprecedented levels, breaking records yet again. Fine gold has hit a new pinnacle, reaching an astounding Rs 135,600 per tola on Thursday. This surge of Rs 2,500 per tola adds to the already staggering increase witnessed in recent times.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold has been officially set at Rs 135,600 per tola, while standard gold is being traded at Rs 134,950 per tola. This remarkable spike in prices underscores the heightened demand and investor interest in precious metals amidst ongoing economic uncertainties.

In tandem with the surge in gold prices, the price of silver has also experienced an uptick, standing at Rs 1,670 per tola today.
