Home Ministry Shuffles CDOs: Dhakal to Myagdi, Sharma to Baitadi

In a recent development, the Ministry of Home Affairs has announced the transfer of Chief District Officers (CDO) in Myagdi and Baitadi.

Under Secretary Laxman Dhakal has been appointed to take charge in Myagdi, while Bhimkant Sharma will now serve as the Chief District Officer in Baitadi. Both officials were previously engaged in the ministry.

Furthermore, Tulsiram Poudel, who served as the Chief District Officer in Myagdi, and Suresh Panthi, who held the position in Baitadi, have been transferred back to the ministry.

It’s worth noting that Tulsiram Poudel completed his one-year tenure in Myagdi, while Suresh Panthi served as the Chief District Officer in Baitadi for a period of six months. This administrative reshuffling aims to bring fresh perspectives and efficiency to the respective districts.
