Nidhi Calls on Party Cadres to Strengthen Nepali Congress Organization

Senior Nepali Congress leader Bimalendra Nidhi has urged party members to intensify efforts to strengthen the party’s organizational base and increase the visibility of its activities.

Speaking at a gathering of party leaders and cadres in Janakpur on Monday, Nidhi emphasized the need for a more dynamic and structured provincial presence, supported by a clear action plan. He highlighted that coordination at the local level is vital for the success of the party and called for structural reforms at the grassroots to bolster the party’s outreach and connection with the people.

“The foundation of the party lies in its lower structures. Building a stronger base is essential for meaningful engagement with the public,” Nidhi said.

Also addressing the gathering, Nepali Congress Central Joint General Secretary Mahendra Yadav stressed the importance of continuous dialogue and cooperation among party members to ensure unity and functionality. He underscored that the party’s active presence in the Madhes region is crucial for both the people and the nation.

Provincial Assembly Member Ram Saroj Yadav spoke on opportunities for development in Madhes Province and the important role the Nepali Congress can play in driving progress. He emphasized that unity is key to overcoming the challenges faced by the party.

Chief Whip of the NC in the Madhes Province Assembly, Kunwar Kant Jha, echoed the call for accelerated regional development and reiterated the need for collective efforts.

Other provincial and district-level leaders also shared their insights and proposals on strengthening the party’s influence and effectiveness within the province.
