Oops! Sharad Singh, Who Traveled to Dubai as a Minister, Is Returning as a Former Minister

The political landscape of Nepal is undergoing a major shake-up. The country’s power dynamics have taken an unexpected turn. Yesterday started out like any other normal day for many ministers in the government. But today, things have taken a sudden turn and become very unpredictable for them.

Until just yesterday morning, everything seemed business as usual. But as the sun set, the political landscape shifted drastically.

Overnight, several ministers from the current government are finding themselves out of a job.

This surprising turn of events caught everyone by surprise.  No one had any idea that such significant changes were about to happen.

Among the casualties of this political upheaval is Sarad Singh Bhandari, the Labor and Employment Minister. Currently, he’s in Dubai attending an employment conference organized by the Foreign Employment Professionals Association.

However, Minister Bhandari’s journey back home won’t be successful or celebratory. Instead of returning to Kathmandu as a minister, he’ll be coming back as a former minister. Yep, you read that right. His ministerial status will be stripped away before he even sets foot back in the country.

And he’s not the only one facing this unfortunate fate. The circumstances surrounding other government ministers are similarly precarious.
