Ruling Alliance Finalizes Chief Minister Posts for Seven Provinces

Ruling alliance has concluded the allocation of Chief Minister positions across all seven provinces. The decision was made during a pivotal meeting held on Monday, where prominent leaders from the alliance, including Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, finalized the arrangements.

Under the agreement, the CPN (Maoist Center) is set to assume leadership roles in Bagmati and Lumbini Provinces. Meanwhile, the CPN-UML will take charge in Gandaki, Karnali, and Koshi Provinces.

Moreover, Sudurpaschim Province will witness leadership alternation between the Nagarik Unmukti Party and CPN (Unified Socialist), while the Madhes Provincial government will be led by the Janata Samajbadi Party.

This allocation of Chief Minister posts marks a crucial step in the governance of Nepal’s provinces, reflecting the collaborative efforts of the ruling alliance to effectively administer the diverse regions of the country.
