Sandeep to arrive Nepal after an hour

Suspended captain of Nepali national cricket team, Sandeep Lamichhane, who was accused of raping a minor, has said that he is arriving to Nepal today .

Writing a long status on Facebook, Lamichhane mentioned that he is coming to Nepal.

He is landing Nepal at 10:00 am from Qatar Airways in the Tribhuvan International Airport at Kathmandu.

He said that he will will soon seek legal support against wrongful prosecution and allegation made against him and he also assured that he will get the justice and will return to the cricket ground soon.

A minor filed a complaint, on September 6, against cricketer Lamichhane alleging that he had repeatedly raped her.

The Kathmandu District Court issued an arrest warrant against Sandeep, who had gone to the West Indies to play cricket.
