Time to orient towards prosperity thru good governance: Deuba

Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba said the time has come to orient towards prosperity and economic development by maintaining good governance.

Extending his best wishes on the occasion of New Year 2081BS today, NC President Deuba wished peace, prosperity, and happiness to all Nepalis. He emphasized the need for renewed political commitment and accountability to propel the country forward.

Deuba also advocated for political and national unity, stressing the importance of parties transcending their individual interests.

Furthermore, he highlighted the importance of seizing new opportunities to address national challenges collectively. He emphasized that doing so would safeguard the historic achievements attained through long struggles, movements, and sacrifices.

Deuba expressed his belief that the New Year would inspire all Nepalis to foster greater harmony and actively work to solidify the federal democratic republic, thereby paving the way for socio-cultural and economic prosperity.
