By-election: Nepali Congress to support Upendra Yadav in Bara-2

Nepali Congress (NC) has decided to support Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Chairman Upendra Yadav in the by-election in Bara-2.
A meeting of the party’s Central work execution Committee held at the party office in Sanepa on Sunday morning decided to support Yadav in the April 23 by-election.
The meeting unanimously decided to support Upendra Yadav.
By-elections are being held on April 23 in the three House of Representatives constituencies of Chitwan-2, Bara-2 and Tanahun-1.
Nepali Congress has decided to field central member Gobinda Bhattarai in Tanahu-1 and Jit Narayan Shrestha in Chitwan-2.
