CPN (Maoist Centre) Chair Prachanda Urges Government Action Following Tragic Landslide in Ramechhap
CPN (Maoist Centre) Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has called on the government to ensure effective rescue operations and medical treatment for victims of a devastating landslide in Ramechhap’s Doramba region. The landslide, which struck Lekkharka, Tokarpur in Doramba Shailung Rural Municipality-3, resulted in the tragic death of six people, left four missing, injured one, and completely destroyed four houses.
Expressing deep sorrow over the incident via social media, Prachanda urged the government to take swift action for rescue, treatment, and relief efforts. He also paid tribute to the deceased and wished a speedy recovery to the injured. Additionally, Prachanda thanked party leaders and cadres involved in the rescue operations and urged them to continue their service to the people.
