The price of gold in the domestic market has surged to an all-time high of Rs 187,000 per tola (11.66 grams) today, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

This marks a significant rise from Rs 184,300 per tola recorded just a day earlier.

Silver prices have also edged up slightly, reaching Rs 1,955 per tola today, compared to Rs 1,945 per tola on Monday.

The surge in precious metal prices reflects ongoing fluctuations in the global market and increased investor demand.
