MCC Deputy Vice President meets Home Minister Shrestha

Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha recently held a meeting with Jonathan Brooks, the Deputy Vice President for Europe, Asia, Pacific and Latin America (EAPLA) programs of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).

The meeting took place at the Home Ministry in Singhadurbar on Saturday, where a visiting team led by MCC Deputy Vice President Brooks met with DPM and Home Minister Shrestha.

During the meeting, Brooks expressed the need for assistance from the Home Ministry regarding land acquisition for the MCC project, as well as security and cooperation.

In response, DPM Shrestha assured Brooks and his team that the Home Ministry and its subordinate administrative agencies would provide the necessary and adequate support to ensure the timely completion of the project.
