Parliamentary committee submits report

The Women and Social Committee of the parliament has submitted its annual report, 2079/80 in the House of Representatives meeting today.

Committee Chair Kiran Kumar Sah presented the report.

Earlier, Speaker Devraj Ghimire read out a letter from the President’s Office on the Cabinet reshuffle.

The HoR meeting will be held next on March 13.

Meanwhile, the 64th annual report of Public Service Commission, 2079/80 has been submitted before the National Assembly meeting today. Minister for Water Supply Rajendra Kumar Rai presented the report on behalf of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.

In the National Assembly meeting, Secretary Dr Surendra Aryal shared a message received from the House of Representatives on the Monitoring and Evaluation Bill, 2076.

NA Vice Chair Urmila Aryal read out a letter received from the President’s Office on Cabinet reshuffle.

The NA meeting would be held next on March 10.
