Foreign Minister NP Saud visits Bangladesh’s PM Sheikh Hasina

Minister for Foreign Affairs Narayan Prakash Saud recently paid a visit to the Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina at Ganabhaban, the official residence of the Prime Minister of Bangladesh.

During the meeting, the two leaders discussed a range of topics with a special focus on enhancing cross-border connectivity, trade, transit, energy, and education.

Foreign Minister NP Saud had left for Bangladesh on May 12 to participate in the 6th Indian Ocean Conference being held under the theme of ‘Peace, Prosperity, and Partnership for a Resilient Future’.

Minister Saud also addressed the conference on Saturday, 13 May 2023.

The Foreign Minister is scheduled to return to Kathmandu on 14 May 2023 (today).
